Jun is a fermented, effervescent elixir made with honey, tea, and herbs that is teaming with life in the form of live probiotics; beneficial bacteria that provide health benefits to humans. Making Jun is a way to produce and consume large cultures of these live probiotics which thrive on a sugar source. Raw honey contains well-preserved vitamins, nutrients, enzymes and antioxidants, so we chose raw honey instead of processed sugar to feed our SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). The result is a smoother and more-balanced taste, and a final product that is heavily fortified with life force to help your digestive health and enhance your immune system.


The process of making Jun begins with sourcing the purist, premium ingredients: raw honey harvested from the pristine open pastures of Idaho, and green Puer tea -- a raw, unprocessed type of tea that is transformed and ripened through its own process of natural fermentation.

We use raw ingredients because they retain the most beneficial qualities.


Our Jun is handcrafted in small batches at our brewery in Grass Valley, California. Here, we are able to refine the essence of each ingredient, producing exquisite flavor profiles in our fermented beverages.
