Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 10am PST, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Schedule

  • Standard Shipping: Orders ship on Daily

  • Daily Shipping: Available for qualifying orders

  • Rush & Overnight Shipping: Available upon request

If you need an order overnighted or rushed, please email us before placing your order at connect@elixart.com so we can confirm availability and pricing.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship via both UPS and USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may be extended due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

  • Since the pandemic, USPS and other carriers may experience 1–2 day delays, which are outside of our control.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding when these delays occur.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


“Delivered” Package Policy (USPS & Other Carriers)

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it:

  1. Please wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.

  2. Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

  3. Contact the carrier directly to initiate a package inquiry.

Once a package is marked “Delivered”, we must adhere to the shipping carrier’s policies and investigation timelines. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund orders that the carrier confirms as delivered.

That said — we’re always happy to help guide you through the next steps and support you however we can.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If the address entered is incorrect and package is returned, we will reship for an additional shipping fee.
